This doesn’t surprise me. It’s just the system of the way the sale structure is based at these big box investment houses. Again, their goals are to sell products to generate commission on which they get paid on the front end of the sale. This also explains why many times your contact with them is far and few between product offerings. We choose to build a relationship with you to better manage any adjustments necessary in your financial portfolio.

Most of the time, you can reach me when you call; however, for those times I’m with a client, I will return your call as soon as I’m through. For those busy days, I may relay a message through my Staff, but you will hear from us right away.

Our goal is to review exactly how your accounts have done in the last three months and compare that to exactly how we should have done and how the stock and bond market performed. These meetings give our clients the opportunities to ask any questions they have. It also gives them the peace of mind that we’re really watching what’s happening in the market, keeping up with what’s happening in their lives, and recommending adjustments to keep them on track.
